Biomechanical examination and gait study
We study the foot both statically and dynamically, we perform joint and muscle exploration. We assess how the foot works and its relationship with other areas of the body (ankle, knee, hip…) as well as the impact of a bad footing on the appearance of injuries, thus helping to prevent them in the future. We quantify the charges through a pressure platform.
Custom plantar supports
After an exhaustive biomechanical examination, we design the plantar supports (insoles) according to the patient’s pathology and advise on the use of footwear that best suits their needs.
Infiltrations
It consists of administering an injection in the affected area, for this we use various types of medications to treat different musculoskeletal disorders, such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, metatarsalgia, bursitis, tendinitis…)
Nail and soft part surgery
All our procedures are performed under local anesthesia and with the most exhaustive asepsis protocols.
Pediatric podiatry
We treat any type of pathology in children. The most common pediatric conditions that we find are flat feet, valgus feet, children who walk with their feet inward or on tiptoes, heel pain, etc.
Diabetic foot
Foot problems are common in people with diabetes because if high glucose levels are maintained over time they can damage blood vessels and nerves causing neuropathy and consequent numbness, tingling and loss of sensitivity. For this reason, periodic visits to the podiatrist are required. We offer comprehensive care to this type of patient.
